1. Use of the Site  

- Eligibility: The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Site or register for our programs.  

- Permitted Use: You may use the Site to learn about our programs, register for classes (e.g., Summer Ballet Intensive), and contact us. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to interfere with its operation.  

- **Account Responsibility**: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

 

2. Program Registration and Payments  

- Enrollment: Registration for classes, including the Summer Ballet Intensive, is subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  

- Payment: Fees for programs must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).  

- Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy, available upon request or during registration. Generally, no refunds are issued after the program start date unless due to cancellation by us.  

- Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or modify programs at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund or credit, as applicable.

 

3. Intellectual Property  

- Ownership: All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, and program descriptions—is owned by St. Matthew’s Conservatory of Classical Dance LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.  

- Limited License: You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright notices. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

 

4. User Conduct  

You agree not to:  

- Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, or illegal content via the Site.  

- Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or disrupt its functionality (e.g., hacking, introducing viruses).  

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Site.
